gala patrons’ party - 2009
The Fourth Annual Patrons’ Gala Cocktail Party was held on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at the BMW Showroom on Quaker Bridge Road in Princeton, NJ. Over 100 attendees enjoyed gourmet hors d’oeuvres and desserts from the culinary artistry of Chef Jim Weaver of Tre Catering by Tre Piani. Live jazz music by the Franklin and Alison Orchestra provided the backdrop for a silent auction with over 60 items donated by local businesses and individuals.
$20,000 was raised from the Patrons’ Gala Cocktail Party to support the Pearl Bates Scholarship Fund, which enables women and families in financial need to participate in YWCA programs and services, including English as a second language, adapted dance and aquatics, child care and more.
